He couldn't see her bright orange vest

Witness Alice Cox said "her head was above the blade" which means he couldn't see her orange vest.

Witness Joseph Smith said: "Still wearing her fluorescent jacket, she sat down at least 15 meters in front of the bulldozer, and began waving her arms and shouting, just as activists had successfully done dozens of times that day."

That's 15 meters, NOT 20 yards. 1 yard = 0.9144 meters.

Even if the driver COULD have seen Rachel, maybe he DIDN'T. THAT is what he testified. That he didn't see her.

As you can see, she didnt have a megaphone either at that point. (Another reason why the ISM before/after photos were wrong).

Chances are the driver of a HUGE caterpillar bulldozer pushing dirt and debris couldn't really hear what the other people, even with megaphones were shouting. Or maybe it didn't register in time to prevent the accident.

To me, the most compelling evidence is that the same bulldozer driver had ALWAYS stopped previously. This suggests that this time, he didnt see her until it was too late.

This is sufficient reasonable doubt that no court would convict him of murder, short of a confession.

I doubt you could even get a negligent manslaughter charge either, since they had tried several times previously to get the ISM members to stop playing chicken with the bulldozer.

NOTE: NO HOUSE WAS DESTROYED ALL DAY! IT IS ONLY IN THE MINDS OF THE ISM WORKERS THAT THE IDF INTENDED TO DESTROY ANY HOUSES.
