At 20 ft or 6 2/3 yards (6 meters) he DEFINITELY would not be able to see her sitting or kneeling on the ground in front of an 8ft 4 in blade.

Thats a pretty big discrepancy between 15 meters (Joseph Smith) and YOUR witness account of 6 meters.

But how do you explain the previously unexplained ability of ISM members to READ PEOPLE'S MINDS? How did the ISM members know what was in the MIND of the bulldozer driver?

Your point about the possibility of the driver lying is well taken. However, the reverse is also true. Murder makes better PR against Israel than an accidental death with victim complicity.

However, what part of ANY of the eyewitnesses testimony do you find conclusively proves it was murder?
