Extreme outrage is an appropriate response to an extreme crime. The DEA raiding sick people and maliciously destroying their garden is extreme - particularly when these raiders are known career criminals with a history of these atrocities.

My pain is outrage. My condition is sympathy with the sick and dying who are being attacked by publically-funded stormtroopers, and disgust towards the sort of so-called men who make their living as shock troops against sick and dying gardeners just trying to ease their own pain.
I do not need to be sick, to want sick and peaceful Americans to be safe from vicious thugs.
