Likewise I have explained in the past that not all of the bodies were recovered, but based on estimates built by counting the dead and the missing, 3,000 is the best estimate of the dead. Israel’s ridiculously low estimate, and Becky Johnson’s desire to argue this fact, come as a result of both recognizing, but not admitting to Israel’s involvement.
