This proves that Israel is willing to conduct self examinations of allegations of criminal conduct on the part of its own military.

Steve keeps bringing this case up because he needs to prove the Israelis are cold-blooder killers and have committed massacres. But he ignores far fresher massacres with much higher death tolls in order to find a case which he can accuse an Israeli.

And even though he had to go back 23 years to find an "Israeli" massacre, all he can find is a reprimand of Sharon for failing to stop an massacre by a Lebanese Christian Phalanx.
