We deny people choices all the time in America. Rape is a choice. Murder and burglary are choices too. Kidnapping and torture are also choices.
That's a red herring of an argument if ever I heard one. But that would also mean you'd have no problem with me organizing a group to make anti-war protesting illegal.

Yes, I would, I believe in the old fashioned form of freedom of speech where EVERYONE had that right, not just those we deem acceptable.
It's rather suspicious that one would suggest they are a proponent of freedom when they actively try to deny it to anyone who isn't like them.
