Any employer/group that discriminates on the basis of race/sex/gender/preference/etc is supposed to be denied access to campus job fairs, etc.
Federal law calls for schools to provide the military the same access as any other employer.
But the university is NOT providing the "same" access, they're providing "special" access. The rules are actually being violated in a special exemption for the military.
If the rules were applied evenly, then the military would be denied access just like any other discriminatory employer.
