I am not a student,I am a mom of a student who was a part of this peaceful demonstration.I am outraged that you allowed this to happen,I know for a fact these students have been meeting with administration for weeks prior to this event.My daughter was not arrested,or assaulted,thank God,but she witnessed the brutality on fellow students and friends,you should be ashamed of yourself!Ucsc promotes activism,if you don't want your students to have a voice then stop teaching these classes and stop using these kids as puppets!This was a peaceful protest on the part of the kids,the photos I have viewed make my stomach turn.
