Well, maybe an extended border, like what they have in Europe. Realisticly though, this action is mostly just to counter the effects of the Minutemen. I don't think it is a good idea to personally harrass anyone including the Minutemen at their homes, as was implied in an earlier article. But it is a good idea to hold rallies at the border, or at other public places where Minutemen might gather, protesting their actions.
