In the 60's a friend of mine looked at a billboard paid for by the farmers urging Yes on a proposition that would have benefited the farmers. The billboard was covered with UFW grafitti urging a NO vote. He remarked "apparently the farmers can buy billboards, the farm workers can only buy spray paint cans. So here is the deal.
