Thanks to MERLYN for posting the link. I believe I have read that policy before, yet have still been unable to second-guess the admins before posting comments to articles that were later hidden on account of their "non-local" content or irrelevance to local concerns. Maybe my mis-judgment in these cases is just a personal problem on my part. I'll pay more attention to article content before I post any comments.
On the other hand, if local people post comments that bring the discussion down into the realm of relevance to local concerns, I would hope that the IMC would respect the nature of THAT content and leave the entire thing "showing" (article and related comments). Just a thought and suggestion. Thanks again.
