Is "consensed" a word? If so, why do I not find it on www.dictionary.com or in the Merriam-Webster unabridged dictionary? Is this a term that the NYC IMC coined? Does the SC IMC attempt to lend legitimacy to the coinage by adopting and using it?

Is the world view embodied by the proposed policy any more legitimate than the word "consensed"? Shouldn't the worldview of a "people's" publishing outlet be composed of the aggregate world view of all the individuals who contribute?
