Clear View Court Residents are Kept in the Dark
On January 25, local Attorney Emily Malone addressed the Santa Cruz City Council on behalf of the Board of the Clear View Court Home Owners Association.

Emily Malone advocated for the residents to be a part of the decision making process and complained that the Clear View Court Residents were not publically notified about meetings, as required by law. The video clip goes into more detail about the serious concerns being raised by the residents of Clear View Court.
