Dancing in the Streets, Tonight, August 12th 5-8pm, Pacific Avenue between Cathcart and Lincoln.

March with the UFW for equal (rights) driver licenses for all Friday August 15 at 5:00 pm at the Greenfield Elementary School, El Camino Real & Walnut in Greenfield Saturday August 16 at 5:00 pm at the Cesar Chavez Park, Madeira Street in Salinas, and Sunday August 17 at 12 noon in The Plazita Square of Main and Beach in Watsonville.

"Today I sit in jail not for committing any crime or for breaking any law, but simply because I believe that it is our obligation as humans to resist oppression and injustice. I have been sitting in jail, without any charges against me, since Thursday, June 12th and I have no idea when I will be released."
