We are constantly reminded by our elected officials (and those who steal their elections) and the pro-Israel filtered media, of the acts of revenge that Palestinian and Muslim groups have committed against the people of Israel, however, we are almost never told about the brutal and inhumane acts of state terrorism that the government of Israel has beeen inflicting against the people of Israel, ever since its inception.

George Cadman of Free Radio Santa Cruz interviews Rahul Mahajan and gets his response to a number of clips of Bush's speech on Thursday, Sept. 2 at the RNC in NYC.
Rahul is a long-time campus and community activist, at the local and national level and serves on the Administrative Committee of United for Peace and Justice. He is publisher of the blog Empire Notes, which has daily updated analysis and reporting on U.S. foreign policy and the state of the American Empire.
His most recent book, "Full Spectrum Dominance: U.S. Power in Iraq and Beyond," came out from Seven Stories Press in June 2003.

No on Measure J Book Sale Fundraiser

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, California. On September 11th and 12th The Campaign for Sensible Transportation will be holding a two day, fundraising book sale, benefiting the No on Measure J- "Widening 1 Won't Work" campaign.
No on Measure J is opposed to Meaure J, the highway widening sales tax initiative. The initiative will be on the ballot in November. If passed it will raise the county's sales tax primarily to widen Highway One from Santa Cruz to Watsonville.

Would you believe it, should someone tell you that at this very moment you are experiencing a number of pasts simultaneously? No doubt your immediate response would be, "That's just absurd!" But doesn't it ever occur to you that the stars you see in the sky are actually in their past condition, not in their present condition? Does this not mean at present we too are experiencing "a number of pasts" of the stars?
